Thank you for your interest in re-homing a rescued dog at Hillside. Please fill out the form below and press the 'submit' button when finished. The information you give on this form will be used to help find a dog suitable for you. If you adopt a dog we will retain a copy on file with the dog’s record. If you do not adopt a dog a copy will be retained for three months, in case you visit us again or a suitable dog comes to us within that time.
Once you have submitted this form we will do our best to match a rescued dog to you. We will be in touch as soon as we have a dog that matches your lifestyle.
We will always put the well-being and health and safety of the dog and potential adopters first, so we appreciate your understanding if we decide not to re-home a dog due to certain circumstances or issues. However, there may be other dogs that we feel are more suitable.
Please note:
- A secure garden is a requirement.
- We only re-home dogs to families with children over 8 for an adult dog or age 10 for a puppy.
- We re-home within the Norfolk area only.
